This is where you can find pictures of the cigars we've been smoking, and a very short description of what/where/when and how long it took to smoke them.

Opus X BBMF Natural (Redux)

IMG 4881

What a really cool cigar. I love smoking the BBMF, its a journey. It really is a mellow smoke in the first half, then just builds in strength and intensity. The flavors change up really nicely, Opus leather, sweetness and lots of subtle hints of random flavors! Its almost like smoking 3 cigars back to back and thats what makes this such an amazing experience. These are more readily available now in the new "White boxes" so I strongly recommending splurging and buying one.

Tatuaje Noella Reserva 2009

5 1/8 X 42 Corona
Wrapper:  CT Braodleaf Maduro
Binder and Filler: Nicaraguan

Despite this smoke being talked about on the show before I had to share my experience with this smoke.  Stogie Santa gifted this to me a while back, and at the time I put it in an old Cuban tubo so it wouldn't get dinged up, and forgot about it.  So I was doing some rummaging and came across it and lit it up immediately.  This smoke was outrageously good!  It was creamy, creamy, creamy.  It gave off tons of cocoa, coffee and a wood flavor that I could not put a finger on.  The burn was slightly jagged but screw it it was amazing! Oasis!

Padron 1926 40th Anniversary Maduro

6 X 54 Torpedo
Nicaraguan Puro

This was a gift from Stogie Santa, and what a gift. Tons of cocoa, wood and delicious coffee. Not tons change, but every last draw is outstanding. If you have never tried one, you must despite the fact it'll cost you at least $20. Oasis.

Padron 1964 Anniversary Piramid Maduro

IMG 4570

What a fabulous cigar. This one had about two years of age on them. Not all 1964 maduro cigars age like this one. It has a nice sweet and chocolate flavor, very smooth, very flavorful, and pours smoke. Burns absolutely perfect, nice about of smooth, even burn lines. This is by far my favorite 1964, and perhaps one of my most favorite Padrons of all time. Due to the size, it goes from a large ring to a small ring, the flavor profile changes up a bit. With this much age, this is Oasis for me.

Padron Family Reserve 44th Anniversary Natural

Padron 44th

Okay, so its not the most complex cigar in the world, but this thing delivers in the flavor and smoking experience departments like no other. With a cup of coffee in hand I set out on the one hour and 45 minute journey. I loved every minute of it. This is truly a special cigar, as are just about all of the Padron Family Reserve cigars. Oasis for me baby!
